Hi there! My name is Arielle, and I am a Registered Dietitian, Certified Lactation Educator, and mom of two daughters. I knew that I was interested in maternal and child nutrition as soon as I started my journey to becoming an RD, and I took my first job at WIC helping women have healthy pregnancies and be successful in breastfeeding their babies. But what I began to notice while working with women was how our relationships with food and our bodies, as the mama, actually impacts how we feed our babies, the decisions we make regarding feeding them, and our ability (or lack thereof) to extend grace to ourselves in that precious postpartum period.
That’s where my worlds collide – I use my knowledge as a dietitian to help women learn to feed themselves guilt-free, learning to find joy TODAY regardless of their body size, and I use my knowledge as a CLE to help mamas extend that same guilt-free approach to feeding their babies. I always say that I love working in the “gray” – that foggy area in between the black and white approach so many take to educating women on how to take care of themselves and their babies.
I'm here to support you, never shame you, in your choices surrounding how to feed your baby and I enjoy coming alongside you to meet your goals, whatever they may be. I'm here to help you trade the guilt for grace.
